Moderator

As a Moderator, your main responsibility is to help manage and keep the Discord server running smoothly, as well as run shifts on our operations. Shifts are scheduled game sessions where you assign drivers to a bus and a route or if you prefer, you can let them pick their own bus while you just assign the route.

We recommend joining a few shifts first to get a feel for how things work before applying for the role or hosting one yourself.

Service Manager

As a Service Manager, your role is to create, update, and maintain timetables and services, as well as keep everyone informed about road closures, diversions, and any route changes. You’ll also be able to run polls and ask questions to get feedback from the community on routes, timings, and schedules.

Some Service Managers may be given permission to host shifts too, but this isn’t part of the role during your trial period it’s something that can be earned once you’ve shown you’re confident and capable in the position.

Community Manager

As a Community Manager, you'll be responsible for overseeing the entire operation, including the Discord server, all departments, and the staff team. Your main role is to ensure everything is running smoothly across the board—from moderation and services to shift coordination and community engagement.

You'll be expected to regularly check in with department leads, support your team, and help resolve any issues that come up within the server or operations. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills are key for this role.

We offer a training and trial period for all our staff so they can get familiar with their surroundings this also allows us to see if they're what we're looking for
